特色产业地区实施乡村振兴过程中的农业科技政策调研——以湖北省恩施州为例

Research on agricultural science and technology policy in the process of implementing rural revitalization in characteristic industrial areas:Taking Enshi autonomous prefecture,Hubei province as an example

发展特色产业是加快推进农业供给侧结构性改革、实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手,对实现地区经济社会高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。为推动特色农业创新发展,应加强对农业生产的科技技术引进与管理方式的创新,打破传统的农业生产模式,利用科技促进农业发展。通过调研恩施州现有科技政策情况,以及相关政策在执行中存在的瓶颈,提出了对策与建议。

The development of characteristic industries was an important starting point for accelerating the structural reform of the agri⁃cultural supply side and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.It had important practical significance for realizing the highquality development of the regional economy and society.In order to promoted the innovative development of characteristic agriculture,it was necessary to strengthen the introduction of technology and management methods of agricultural production,broken the tradition⁃al agricultural production mode,and used technology to promote agricultural development.Taking Enshi prefecture of Hubei province as an example,this paper investigated the current technology policies in Enshi prefecture,and the bottlenecks in the implementation of related policies,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
