新时代,我国网络意识形态安全面临境外网络意识形态渗透精准化、隐蔽化,以及由“私语化”现象、虚假数据和网络突发事件所引致的网络主流意识形态话语权易被消解的风险和挑战。为了应对上述风险和挑战,在理论层面上,需整合嵌入,完善马克思主义意识形态整合功能,并将数据范式嵌入网络意识形态理论创新之中;在实践层面上,需善用科技,依托大数据技术和人工智能算法进行精准定位和推送,对境外网络意识形态渗透和“私语化”现象进行反制;此外,还需积极探索建立、健全网络意识形态符号化呈现机制和网络意识形态安全预警机制,巩固网络主流意识形态话语权,提升新时代我国网络意识形态安全建设的实效性。

The security of China′s network ideology in the new era is faced with the risk and challenge of the precision and concealment of the infiltration of foreign network ideology,as well as the risk and challenge of the easy dissolving of the discourse power of the mainstream network ideology caused by"private"phenomenon,false data and network emergencies.In order to cope with the above risks and challenges,it is necessary to integrate and embed the Marxist ideological integration function and embed the data paradigm into the theoretical innovation of network ideology.In practice,it is necessary to make good use of science and technology,relying on big data technology and attaching importance to artificial intelligence algorithm for accurate positioning and accurate delivery,so as to counter attack ideological infiltration and"private"phenomenon of overseas network.Furthermore,it is necessary to actively explore,establish and improve the symbolic presentation mechanism of network ideology and the early-warning mechanism of network ideology security,so as to consolidate the discourse power of mainstream network ideology and enhance the effectiveness of the construction of network ideology security in the new era.
