摘要
“产业学院”是国内职业教育实践和理论研究的一大热点,已经成为在产教融合背景下探索产教融合、校企合作的一个创新点。基于产业学院内涵、建设模式及存在的诸多问题,建设现代产业学院必须创新运营管理体制机制、创新人才培养模式、建立预警和保障机制。
"Industrial College" is a hot spot in the practice and theoretical research of vocational education in China. It has become a new innovation point to explore the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the connotation of industrial college, construction mode and existing problems, this paper proposes that construction of the modern industrial colleges must innovate operation management system and mechanism, innovate talents training mode, and establish early warning and guarantee mechanism.
