物理降温治疗仪联合快速康复护理路径对胫腓骨骨折患者疼痛及康复的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Physical Cooling Therapy Instrument Combined with Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Path on the Pain and Rehabilitation of Patients with Tibia and Fibula Fractures

摘要 目的:探讨物理降温治疗仪联合快速康复外科护理路径对胫腓骨骨折患者疼痛与康复的影响。方法:选取2018年9月—2020年9月收治于九江市中医医院的86例胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施物理降温治疗仪联合快速康复外科护理路径。对比两组患者术后疼痛、肿胀、并发症发生率及下肢运动功能。结果:术后7d,观察组疼痛评分及肿胀指数分别为(2.86±0.49)分和(2.01±0.65)%,低于对照组的(3.61±0.70)分和(3.23±0.88)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.756、7.313,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的23.26%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.198,P<0.05)。观察组出院时下肢有无反射运动、屈肌协同运动、伸肌协同运动、伴协同运动活动、脱离协同运动的活动、反射亢进、协调能力与速度评分分别为(3.13±0.21)分、(4.72±0.44)分、(6.55±0.39)分、(3.02±0.19)分、(3.11±0.20)分、(1.30±0.23)分和(5.27±0.25)分,高于对照组的(2.59±0.33)分、(3.99±0.51)分、(5.84±0.68)分、(2.56±0.37)分、(2.72±0.35)分、(1.03±0.16)分和(4.66±0.34)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.053、7.107、5.939、7.252、6.344、6.319、9.478,P<0.05)。结论:物理降温治疗仪联合快速康复外科护理路径能够减轻胫腓骨骨折患者术后患肢疼痛肿胀,降低并发症风险,促进患肢功能恢复。 Objective:To explore the effect of physical cooling therapy instrument combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing path on the pain and rehabilitation of patients with tibia and fibula fractures.Methods:A total of 86 patients with tibia and fibula fractures admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given physical cooling therapy instrument combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing path.The postoperative pain,swelling,complication rate and lower limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results:7 d after the operation,the pain score and swelling index of the observation group were(2.86±0.49)points and(2.01±0.65)%,which were lower than those of the control group(3.61±0.70)and(3.23±0.88)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.756,7.313,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than the 23.26% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.198,P<0.05).At the time of discharge,the lower extremity reflex movement,flexor coordinated movement,extensor coordinated movement,coordinated movement activity,out of coordinated movement activity,hyperreflexia,coordination ability and speed score of the observation group were(3.13±0.21)points,(4.72±0.44)points,(6.55±0.39)points,(3.02±0.19)points,(3.11±0.20)points,(1.30±0.23)points and(5.27±0.25)points,higher than(2.59±0.33)points,(3.99±0.51)points,(5.84±0.68)points,(2.56±0.37)points,(2.72±0.35)points,(1.03±0.16)points and(4.66±0.34)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.053,7.107,5.939,7.252,6.344,6.319,9.478,P<0.05).Conclusion:The physical cooling treatment instrument combined with the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing path can reduce postoperative pain and swelling of the affected limb of patients with tibia and fibula fractures,reduce the risk of complications,and promote the recovery of the affected limb’s function.
