摘要 伴随着雄安新区规划设计和大规模建设的有序推进,测绘成果数据分发和使用日益频繁,安全问题也逐渐凸显。针对雄安新区测绘成果在分发与使用过程中的安全隐患,本文基于数字水印技术、安全控制技术设计和实现了雄安新区测绘成果服务安全防控系统,主要包括测绘成果申领审批子系统、测绘成果数字水印子系统、测绘成果安全控制子系统和线上授权分发子系统。系统有效保障了雄安新区测绘成果数据安全,为雄安新区规划建设提供了坚实可靠的技术支撑。 With the orderly promotion of urban planning and design and large-scale construction in Xiong'an New Area,the distribution and use of surveying and mapping results are becoming more and more frequently-used,and the security problems of data are gradually highlighted.To address the security issues of the distribution and use of surveying and mapping results in Xiong'an New Area,this paper designs and implements a prevention and control service system to ensure the security of surveying and mapping results service in‘the study area,based on digital watermarking and security control techniques.The system mainly includes several subsystems for approval of surveying and mapping results,digital watermarking of surveying and mapping results,security control of surveying and mapping results,and online authorized distribution.The system effectively guarantees the data security of the surveying and mapping results and provides solid and reliable technical support for the urban planning and construction in Xiong'an New Area.
