陕西省关中地区实用性村庄规划编制研究--以千阳县水沟村为例

Research on Practical Village Planning in Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi Province:Take Shuigou Village in Qianyang County as an Example

长期以来,我国农村存在着人口老龄化、空心村、生活条件差、基础配套设施落后、土地闲置荒废等问题,农村现状令人担忧。乡村振兴是我国“十四五”乃至今后较长一段时期内解决好“三农”问题的重大战略。本文针对国土资源集约节约利用、国土空间科学规划与管理,根据实用性村庄规划编制原则、指导思想和编制内容,以陕西省宝鸡市千阳县水沟村为例,通过对耕地、产业、人居环境等进行规划分析,优化水沟村国土空间开发保护格局,列举水沟村近年建设项目,形成完整实用的村庄规划编制方案,期望能为同类型村庄科学合理规划提供参考。

For a long time,China's rural areas face aging population,hollow villages,poor living conditions,backward infrastructure,idle land and other problems.The current situation in rural areas is worrying.Rural revitalization is an important strategy to solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and even for a long time in the future.Relative to intensive economical utilization of land and resources,also scientific management for the national spatial planning,according to the practical village planning principle,guiding ideology and contents,take Shuigou village,Qianyang county Baoji city,Shaanxi province as an example,based on the cultivated land,industrial land,residential environment,and many other factors to make planning analysis to optimize the pattern of territorial development and protection,list the construction projects in recent years for Shuigou village to form a complete practical village planning scheme.It is expected to provide a reference for scientific and rational planning of similar villages.
