摘要
随着国家信息化建设不断深化,测绘地理信息新技术蓬勃发展,三维GIS平台得到广泛深入应用,跨领域技术融合更加频繁、紧密,智慧城市、智慧矿山、智慧工地等概念应运而生,集实景三维、视频监控、云计算、大数据、智能分析等技术于一体的智慧工地管理系统成为重大工程项目多技术融合应用研究的热点。实景三维可以提升工程现场虚拟现实效果,视频监控能够协助施工现场安全监管、调查取证。但视频监控存在分布离散、视频庞杂、关联性差等诸多问题,无法有效、直观、准确地掌控现场的实时动态,视频资源利用率低。本文以某核电智慧工地项目为例,研究一种基于GIS平台的实景三维与视频融合技术方法,将二维监控视频同实景三维环境进行有效关联,实现实景三维场景实时动态可视化监控,应用于核电项目的施工建设和工程管理。
With the continuous deepening of national information construction,the new technology of surveying and mapping geographic information is developing vigorously,3D GIS platform has been widely and deeply applied,cross-domain technology integration has become more frequent and close,and the concepts of smart city,smart mine and smart construction site emerged.Smart construction site management system,which integrates real 3D,video surveillance,cloud computing,big data,intelligent analysis and other technologies,has become the focus of multi-technology fusion application research of major projects.Among them,real 3D can improve the virtual reality effect of managers browsing the project site,while video surveillance can help managers to carry out safety supervision,investigation and evidence collection in the complex construction environment.However,video surveillance in the construction site is faced with many problems,such as discrete distribution,complex video and poor relevance,which can not effectively,intuitively and accurately control the real-time dynamics of the scene.The utilization rate of video resources is low.Taking a nuclear power smart construction project as an example,this paper uses real-scene 3D model and video fusion technology to solve the above problems,and studies a method of real-scene 3D and video fusion technology based on GIS platform,which effectively correlates two-dimensional surveillance video with real-world 3D environment,realizes real-time dynamic visual monitoring of real-time 3D scene,and effectively helps nuclear power project managers to supervise on-site dynamics to analyze and mine.Analyze and mine the effective information of data resources,and apply it to the construction and project management of nuclear power projects.
