污水处理厂提标改造工程设计及运行效果

摘要 甘肃省临夏市的污水处理厂提标升级改造扩建工程设计规模为9.0万m3/d,总变化系数为1.3。设计对现状氧化沟进行改良,扩建新增高密度沉淀池、转盘滤布滤池、紫外线消毒等深度处理工艺,升级改造的出水水质要求稳定满足GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。深度处理部分将高密度沉淀池、污水提升泵房、转盘滤布滤池、紫外消毒渠、巴氏计量槽、加药间等6个单体高度集成至一体化深度处理车间,布局合理,水力流畅,节约占地。介绍了该工程的设计参数、设计特点及实际处理效果。 The design scale of a sewage treatment plant upgrading project in Linxia City,Gansu Province is 9.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the total variation coefficient is 1.3.The present oxidation ditch is designed to be improved,and a new high density sedimentation tank-rotary disc filter cloth filter-ultraviolet disinfection advanced treatment process is established.The effluent can stably reach the level A standard in GB 18918-2002 Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants.The advanced treatment part integrates high-density sedimentation tank,sewage lifting pump room,rotary cloth filter tank,ultraviolet disinfection channel,Barbitt metering tank and dosing room into the integrated advanced treatment workshop with reasonable layout,smooth hydraulic power and saving space.The design parameters,design characteristics and practical treatment effect of the project are introduced.
