吲哚布芬与阿司匹林治疗急性冠状动脉综合征有效性及安全性比较的Meta分析

Comparison of efficacy and safety between indobufen and aspirin in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome:a Meta-analysis

目的系统评价吲哚布芬与阿司匹林治疗急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的有效性及安全性差异。方法计算机检索CNKI、Wanfang Data、CBM、VIP、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase等数据库,检索时间截止至2021年12月,查找吲哚布芬(试验组)与阿司匹林(对照组)治疗ACS有效性及安全性比较的随机对照试验,对符合纳入条件的研究进行资料提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9项研究,合计762例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组患者主要不良心血管事件发生率(RR=0.60,95%CI:0.43~0.84,P<0.01)、主要出血事件发生率(RR=0.50,95%CI:0.28~0.90,P<0.05)、不良反应发生率(RR=0.48,95%CI:0.33~0.71,P<0.01)均低于对照组,心绞痛症状有效率高于对照组(RR=1.15,95%CI:1.00~1.32,P<0.05);两组患者脑卒中发生率、血小板聚集率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论基于目前的研究结果,吲哚布芬治疗ACS的有效性与安全性均优于阿司匹林,该结果尚需更大样本量前瞻性研究的验证。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety between indobufen and aspirin in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)by systematic review.Methods Databases CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM,VIP,PubMed,The Cochrane Library and Embase were searched from the incipience to December 2021 for randomized controlled trials of indobufen versus aspirin in the treatment of ACS.After data extraction and quality evaluation Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 statistical software.Results A total of 9 studies were included involving 762 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the incidence of major adverse cardiac events(RR=0.60,95%CI:0.43-0.84,P<0.01),the incidence of major bleeding events(RR=0.50,95%CI:0.28-0.90,P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions(RR=0.48,95%CI:0.33-0.71,P<0.01)in indobufen group were significantly lower than aspirin group.The effective rate of angina symptom in indobufen group(RR=1.15,95%CI:1.00-1.32,P<0.05)was higher than that in aspirin group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of stroke and platelet aggregation rate between the two groups(both P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the current research results,the efficacy and safety of indobufen in the treatment of ACS are superior to aspirin,which needs to be further verified by prospective studies with a larger sample size.
