集束化护理干预结合纳米银抗菌凝胶对高渗性药物输液患者不良事件发生率及疼痛介质水平的影响

Effects of cluster nursing intervention combined with nano-silver antibacterial gel on the incidence of adverse events and pain mediators levels in patients with hypertonic drug infusion

目的研究集束化护理干预结合纳米银抗菌凝胶对高渗性药物输液患者不良事件发生率及疼痛介质水平的影响。方法择取2020年1月至2020年12月本院收治的60例高渗性药物输液患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组实施常规护理联合硫酸镁湿敷,观察组实施集束化护理干预结合纳米银抗菌凝胶。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的5-HT、NPY、SP、PGE_(2)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛持续时间短于对照组,NRS评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预结合纳米银抗菌凝胶应用于高渗性药物输液患者中能够减少不良事件的发生,降低疼痛介质水平,减轻疼痛感,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study the effects of cluster nursing intervention combined with nano-silver antibacterial gel on the incidence of adverse events and pain mediators levels in patients with hypertonic drug infusion.Methods Sixty patients with hypertonic drug infusion treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group received routine nursing combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress,and the observation group implemented cluster nursing intervention combined with nano-silver antibacterial gel.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the 5-HT,NPY,SP,and PGE_(2) levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the NRS score was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing intervention combined with nano-silver antibacterial gel for patients with hypertonic drug infusion can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,the levels of pain mediators and pain sensation,and improve nursing satisfaction.
