母婴床旁护理模式在初产妇中的应用效果

目的探讨母婴床旁护理模式在初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月我院收治的1000例初产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各500例。对照组接受常规护理干预,试验组接受母婴床旁护理模式。比较两组的心理状态、激素水平、新生儿护理知识与技能掌握情况。结果产后第3天、出院后1个月,两组的SAS、SDS评分均较入院当天降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后3 d,两组的P、E2、PRL水平均较产前降低,但试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的新生儿护理知识与技能(沐浴护理、抚触护理、脐部护理、臀部护理、营养护理)掌握情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母婴床旁护理模式可改善初产妇的心理状态、激素水平、新生儿护理知识与技能掌握情况。

Objective To explore the application effect of maternal bedside care model in primipara.Methods A total of 1000 primiparas admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 500 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received maternal bedside care model.The mental state,hormone levels,mastery of neonatal nursing knowledge and skills of the two groups were compared.Results On the third day after delivery and one month after discharge,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those on the day of admission,those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3 d after delivery,the levels of P,E2 and PRL in the two groups were lower than those before delivery,but those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastery of neonatal nursing knowledge and skills(bath nursing,touch nursing,umbilical nursing,hip nursing and nutritional nursing)in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal bedside care model can ameliorate the mental state,hormone levels and mastery of neonatal nursing knowledge and skills of primiparas.
