中西医临床专业兼职班主任教育工作的实践与体会

the Teaching Practice and Experience of the Part-time Class Teacher in Clinical Specialty of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

兼职班主任是提高医学院校办学效率、促进专业活力以及改进大学生素质教育和管理模式的重要基础保证和长效机制,是坚持思政教育、创建一流本科专业建设的基础。文章结合作者多年来在广州医科大学中西医临床医学专业担任兼职班主任的工作实践,从临床医生担任兼职班主任的优势、现阶段存在的问题和困难以及解决方法等几方面浅谈兼职班主任工作的心得与体会。

Part-time class teacher is an important basic guarantee and long-term mechanism for improving the efficiency of running a school,promoting the professional vitality and improving the quality education and management mode of college students.It is also the basis for insisting on ideological and political education and establishing the first-class undergraduate major construction.Based on the author’s experience of working as a part-time class teacher in the clinical medicine specialty of traditional Chinese and western medicine in Guangzhou medical university for many years,this paper briefly discusses the experience of working as a part-time class teacher from the advantages of clinicians as a part-time class teacher,the problems and difficulties existing at the present stage and the solutions.
