CTTM在泌尿外科临床护理教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究案例式立体教学法(CTTM)在泌尿外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年2月于中国医科大学附属第四医院泌尿外科实习的72名护理专业学生,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(36名)和对照组(36名)。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用CTTM。2组学生均教学3个月。比较2组学生的教学满意度、考试成绩以及带教效果调查结果。结果观察组学生的教学满意度为97.22%(35/36),高于对照组的75.00%(27/36);培训结束后观察组的理论成绩及操作技能得分均高于对照组;培训结束后观察组学生中思维能力提高、学习兴趣提高、理论结合实际能力地提高、语言表达能力提高所占比例均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论CTTM在泌尿外科临床护理教学中可有效提高学生对教学的满意度,提高学生学习成绩、学习兴趣、语言表达能力、思维能力及理论联系实际的能力,发挥学生主观能动性,进而提高教学质量水平。 Objective To study the application effect of case threc dimensional teaching method(CTTM)in clinical nursing teaching of urology.Methods 72 nursing students were selected for internship in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from August 2019 to February 2020.They were divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group used CTTM.Both groups of students taught for 3 months.Students’teaching satisfaction,test scores and the results of the survey results was compared.Results Students’teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than 75.00%(27/36)of the control group.After the training,theoretical scores and operational skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.After the training,students’thinking skills and interest in learning,the proportions of improvement,the combination of theory and practice,and the improvement of language ability of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion CTTM can effectively improve students’satisfaction with teaching in the clinical nursing teaching of urology,improve students’academic performance,learning interest,language expression ability,thinking ability and the ability to integrate theory with practice,give full play to students’subjective initiative,and improve teaching quality level.
