摘要 目的研究自制骨折模型在骨折教学中的应用效果。方法在河南推拿职业学院中医骨伤科学教学中实施不同的教学方法,抽取开此课程的2018级学生80名分组,所有学生均接受人体示范教学,其中一班40名联合普通模型骨折教学,二班40名联合自制骨折模型教学,对比教学效果。结果二班理论考核成绩、实训考核成绩均优于一班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折教学中应用自制骨折模型,可以明显提高教学效果,提高学生骨折理论知识与实践操作能力,具有传统医学教育模式不可取代的优势,值得推广运用。 Objective To study the application effect of self-made fracture model in fracture teaching.Methods Different teaching methods were implemented in the teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.80 students of Grade 2018 opening this course were selected,and all students received human demonstration teaching,including 40 joint general model fracture teaching and 40 joint self-made fracture model teaching in Class 2.The teaching effect was compared.Results The results of theoretical assessment and practical training assessment of Class 2 were better than that of Class 1,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made fracture model in the fracture teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect and improve the students’theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability,which can be popularized and applied.
