TACE联合中药治疗原发性肝癌伴门静脉癌栓临床观察

Clinical Observation on TACE Combined with Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer Complicated with Portal Vein Tumor Thrombus

目的分析原发性肝癌伴门静脉癌栓患者行经导管动脉化疗检塞术(TACE)配合中药治疗的临床应用价值。方法选择2019年12月—2020年12月枣庄市薛城区人民医院收诊治疗原发性肝癌伴门静脉癌栓病患96例观察分析,随机分作2组,对照组单纯实施TACE治疗,观察组在其基础上联合中药治疗,对比2组患者治疗总有效率,观察评估各组患者治疗前后证候改善情况,检测对比2组患者治疗前后肝功能水平变化。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者治疗前,证候评分、肝功能水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者证候评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),同时肝功能水平ALT(30.71±4.89)U/L、AST(51.42±6.05)U/L、TBIL(29.05±4.25)μmol/L均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌伴门静脉癌栓病患在接受TACE治疗期间配合中药桃红四物汤与柴胡疏肝散治疗能够提高治疗效果,改善患者证候表现,调节肝功能,值得推广采用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of TACE combined with Chinese medicine in patients with primary liver cancer with portal vein embolism.Methods A total of 96 patients with primary liver cancer complicated with portal vein tumor thrombus admitted to Xuecheng District People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected for observation and analysis.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with TACE alone,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of TACE.The improvement of symptoms in each group before and after treatment was observed and evaluated,and the changes of liver function levels in two groups before and after treatment were detected and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the symptom score and liver function level of the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the liver function levels of ALT(30.71±4.89)U/L,AST(51.42±6.05)U/L and TBIL(29.05±4.25)umol/L were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with primary liver cancer with portal vein tumor thrombus during TACE treatment combined with Chinese medicine Taohong Siwu decoction and Chaihu Shugan powder can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the symptoms of patients and regulate liver function,which is worthy of promotion and application.
