中医思维模式在临床思维培养中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Thinking Mode in Clinical Thinking Training

中医临床思维是中医基础理论、知识与临床诊治相结合的桥梁,即理论与实践相联系的桥梁,但目前大多数中医类学生存在中医临床思维能力不足,不能将所学中医理论、知识灵活运用于临床实际等问题。此文旨在探讨中西医思维的形成与差异,并从阴阳思维、象思维、整体思维、辨证论治思维等方面论述中医思维的特点,探讨中医思维模式在临床、生活等方面的理解与应用,望对培养中医类学生的中医临床思维有所启迪。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical thinking is the bridge that combines the basic theory and knowledge of TCM with clinical diagnosis and treatment,that is,the bridge that connects theory with practice.However,at present,most students of TCM have insufficient TCM clinical thinking ability,and cannot flexibly apply the theory and knowledge of TCM to clinical practice.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the formation and difference of thinking of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and to discuss the characteristics of thinking of TCM from the aspects of thinking of yin and yang,thinking of image,thinking of whole,thinking of syndrome differentiation and so on,and to explore the understanding and application of thinking mode of TCM in clinical,life and other aspects,hoping to inspire the training of students of TCM clinical thinking of TCM.
