经典名方枇杷清肺饮的古今文献考证

Textual Research on Ancient and Modern Literatures of the Classic Prescription Pippa Qingfei Drink

枇杷清肺饮是国家发布的经典名方之一,也是临床治疗痤疮的常用方。此研究通过搜集相关古籍文献,从枇杷清肺饮的方源、病机、主治、煎服方法、临床应用等进行辨析,结果发现,枇杷清肺饮为清代的祁坤《外科大成》首创,由枇杷叶、桑白皮、黄连、黄柏、人参、甘草6味药组成,历代基本上对于其药物组成、方义、功效主治无太大争议,主要用于肺风粉刺,病因病机多由肺经郁热,功效为清泻肺热,解毒消肿,清热凉血;记载炮制较多的是枇杷叶,只有2处选择炙桑白皮;剂量方面桑白皮均为二钱,黄连黄柏均为一钱,枇杷叶有一钱、二钱、三钱之分,甘草有三分、五分、一钱的记载。后世医家将此方应用于泻肺、和胃、清热、消痰、呕逆、热咳、脚气、妇人产后口干等病证,可为处方合理应用及药品研发提供参考。

Pipa Qingfei drink is one of the classic prescriptions released by the state,and it is also a common prescription for clinical treatment of acne.In this study,through the collection of relevant ancient literature,the source,pathogenesis,indications,decocting methods and clinical application of Pipa Qingfei drink were analyzed.The results showed that was the first creation of Qi Kun’s Waike Dacheng in Qing Dynasty.It was composed of six herbs,loquat leaf,cortex mori,Coptis,Cortex Phellodendri,ginseng and licorice.There was no great controversy about its composition,processing method,prescription and efficacy.The etiology and pathogenesis were mostly stagnant heat of lung meridian,and its efficacy was to clear away lung heat,detoxify and detumescence,clear away heat and cool blood,methods of decocting and taking drugs also uses water decocting and the main effects of prescriptions is lung wind acne.Later doctors applied this prescription to diarrhea,harmonizing stomach,clearing heat,eliminating phlegm,vomiting,hot cough,beriberi,postpartum dry mouth and other diseases,which can provide reference for rational application of prescription and drug research and development.
