豁痰化瘀方治疗冠心病心绞痛合并代谢综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study on Eliminating Phlegm for Removing Blood Stasis Prescription in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Metabolic Syndrome

目的探究豁痰化瘀方治疗冠心病心绞痛合并代谢综合征的临床效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年9月上犹县中医院收治的56例冠心病心绞痛合并代谢综合征患者作为本研究对象,抽签分组,分为对照组以及观察组,对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组采取豁痰化瘀方治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效以及血糖控制水平。结果观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖控制水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论豁痰化瘀方治疗冠心病心绞痛合并代谢综合征患者,患者血糖被控制在正常范围内,临床治疗更加具有优越性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of eliminating phlegm for removing blood stasis prescription in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome.Methods From January 2018 to September 2019,56 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome treated in Shangyou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received eliminating phlegm for removing blood stasis prescription.The clinical efficacy and blood glucose control level of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose control level of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The eliminating phlegm for removing blood stasis prescription in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome,patients’blood sugar is controlled in the normal range,clinical treatment has more advantages,and is worthy of promotion.
