温针灸翳明穴联合电针治疗面神经麻痹临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warm Needling Moxibustion at Yiming(EX-HN14)Combined with Electroacupuncture in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis

目的探讨温针灸翳明穴联合电针治疗面神经麻痹的疗效。方法选择江西省萍乡市中医院2018年9月—2020年9月进行治疗的例面神经麻痹患者纳入本次研究。按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者接受传统电针治疗,治疗组患者接受温针灸联合电针治疗。比较2组患者治疗3周后效果以及治疗前后House-Brackmann面神经功能分级量表(H-B)评分、36条简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分变化情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后1周、2周、3周H-B评分均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后1周、2周、3周SF-36评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸翳明穴联合电针治疗面神经麻痹疗效显著,能够有效改善患者面神经功能和生活质量,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of warm needling moxibustion at Yiming(EX-HN14)combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis.Methods Patients with facial paralysis treated in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2020 were included in this study.According to the random number table control method,they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional electroacupuncture treatment,while the treatment group received warm needling moxibustion at Yiming(EX-HN14)combined with electroacupuncture.The treatment effect,H-B score and SF-36 score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The H-B scores of the treatment group after 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the treatment group after 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks were higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needling moxibustion at Yiming(EX-HN14)combined with electroacupuncture has a significant effect on facial paralysis,which can effectively improve facial nerve function and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
