温肾健脾定脊汤联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wenshen Jianpi Dingji Decoction Combined with Celecoxib Capsules in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的探究在强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者中应用温肾健脾定脊汤联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月—2020年7月江西省抚州市崇仁县人民医院收治的84例AS患者,按随机数字表法分为2组各42例。对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊,研究组在上述基础上联合温肾健脾定脊汤,连续治疗3个月。对比2组治疗效果、中医证候积分、疼痛(VAS)评分、AS功能指数(BASFI)及疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)、不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的76.19%(32/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医证候积分、BASFI及BASDAI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论温肾健脾定脊汤联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗AS获得较好的临床效果,各临床症状均得到有效改善,脊柱功能得以恢复,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenshen Jianpi Dingji decoction combined with celecoxib capsules in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods 84 AS patients admitted in Chongren County People’s Hospital from June 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to randomized digital table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group took oral celecoxib capsules,and the study group was given Wenshen Jianpi Dingji decoction on the basis of the control group for three consecutive months.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pain(VAS)score,AS function index(BASFI),disease activity index(BASDAI)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than that of the control group(76.19%,32/42),and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,BASFI and BASDAI score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Wenshen Jianpi Dingji decoction combined with celecoxib capsules has achieved good clinical effect,all clinical symptoms have been effectively improved,spinal function has been restored,is safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion.
