新时代中医院校音乐教育的育人使命与实践路径研究

Study on the Education Mission and Practice Path of Music Education in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the New Era

新时代背景下,国家相关系列文件的颁发,为高校美育及中医人才培养提供了最高站位的顶层设计和定位精准的发展目标。在以美育人的前提和基础下,新时代中医院校音乐教育承担着“化”医德高尚、“育”传承创新、“塑”全面发展的中医人才之育人使命。基于目前中医院校音乐教育存在的系列问题,对标其使命担当,可从课堂教学、课程设置、校园文化及管理机制等方面着手,采取鼓励音乐课堂与思政课堂同向同行、强化学科融合完善音乐课程设置、打造校园文化品牌艺术社团、创新管理机制重视音乐教育地位等举措,进一步探索中医院校音乐教育改革实践路径,着力为培养卓越中医人才,实现立德树人根本目标发挥实效。

With the issuance of a series of national documents in the context of the new era,it provides the top-level design and the development goal of precise positioning for the aesthetic education and traditional Chinese medicine talent training in colleges and universities.For the music education in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era under the premise and foundation of aesthetic education,it undertakes the education mission of“transforming”the medical ethics into nobility,“cultivating”inheritance and innovation,“shaping”the Chinese medicine talents of comprehensive development.In view of the problems existing in music education in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,it can start from the aspects of classroom teaching,curriculum setting,campus culture and management mechanism to complete the mission undertakings.Besides,it has the necessity to pay equal attention to music class and ideological and political class,enhance the integration of disciplines,perfect the music curriculum,construct the cultural brand art community of campus,innovate management mechanism and emphasize the status of music education.Based on the measures,it tries to make further exploration on the practice path of music education reform in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to help the cultivation of excellent traditional Chinese medicine talents and achieve the fundamental goal of moral establishment and people cultivation.
