摘要 中药材黄药子可普遍应用于各类肿瘤、炎症,疗效确切,但其不良反应制约其医疗应用。鉴于黄药子的显著抗肿瘤活性与毒性并存的现状,文章通过查阅相关研究资料,对其主要活性成分、药理作用、毒性及配伍减毒研究等进行综述,以期明确其毒性反应的相关作用机制与活性物质成分的内在联系,进一步挖掘可减毒的相关中药,合理配伍、有效炮制,为临床安全用药及相关基础研究提供参考。 Chinese herbal medicine Airpotato Yam Rhizome can be widely used in many kinds of tumors,inflammation,the effect is accurate,but its adverse reactions restrict its medical application.In view of the coexistence of significant anti-tumor activity and toxicity of Airpotato Yam Rhizome,this paper reviews the main active components,pharmacological effects,toxicity and compatibility reduction studies by consulting relevant research data of it in order to clarify the related mechanism of its toxic reaction and the internal relationship between the active substances,and further explore the relevant Chinese medicine that can reduce the toxicity,reasonable compatibility and effective processing so as to provide reference for clinical safe drug use and related basic research.
