摘要
为引导急诊科在运行效率、医疗质量等方面有所突破,以资源为基础的相对价值比率方法为基础,结合关键绩效指标,构建了符合急诊科特点的绩效管理体系。新体系实施后急诊科医务人员工作积极性得到提高、运行和运营效率得到提升,医疗质量持续改进。
To facilitate the breakthroughs in operating efficiency,medical quality in the emergency department,it constructs an emergency-based performance management system on the basis of Resource Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS) combined with Key Performance Indicator(KPI).The new system increased the enthusiasm of medical staff and the operating efficiency of the emergency department.Meanwhile,cost control and medical quality are improved.
