远红外线照射对维持性血透患者自体动静脉内瘘功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 自体动静脉内瘘是长期血液透析患者最常使用的血管通路,也是患者的生命线。提供充足血流量的内瘘是保证透析充分性和提高患者生活质量的先决条件。随着透析龄的增长和内瘘的反复穿刺,引起内膜增生,继而出现狭窄及血栓形成,最后导致内瘘功能障碍。研究表明,内皮细胞功能障碍、长期的炎症反应和内瘘局部的钙化是导致内瘘功能障碍的重要因素[1]。
