摘要
“以学生为中心、成果导向、持续改进”的OBE理念,是目前指导教育认证的核心理念。传统的教学方式以教师为主导,未以学生的发展成效为导向,忽略了师范生毕业后的社会效果,缺乏目标达成度分析和过程性评价。以普通高等学校生物专业普遍开设的“植物生理学”为例,按照OBE的教育理念,结合学生的毕业要求,重新设计有特色、多方位的课程考核体系,审视设计教学环节,保障学生能力的持续改进和不断提高,为高校其他相似课程的考核体系提供参考和借鉴。
The OBE concept of“student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement”is the core concept of the professional certification of teacher training.The traditional teaching method is teacher-dominated,which is not guided by the development effectiveness of students,ignores the social effects of normal school students after graduation,and lacks of goal achievement degree analysis and process evaluation.Plant Physiology is a course generally offered by biology major in colleges and universities.According to the educational concept of OBE and the graduation requirements of students,we redesign the multi-directional curriculum assessment system of“starting with the graduation goal of the talent development program,focusing on the diversification of process evaluation,emphasizing the analysis of the degree of achievement after assessment”to ensure the continuous improvement of students’ability and provide references for the assessment system of other similar courses in colleges and universities.
