现代学徒制下高职电子商务专业的教学实践研究

现代学徒制是传统学徒制融入学校教育因素的一种职业教育,建立现代学徒制是职业教育主动服务当前经济社会发展要求,推动职业教育体系和劳动就业体系互动发展,打通和拓宽技术技能人才培养和成长通道,推进现代职业教育体系建设的战略选择。根据专业需求及学情来看,教学最终的培养目标定位为掌握电子商务运营技能的技术型人才,其培养模式强调知识融合、技术集成,旨在培养具有强烈创新思维的“一专多能”型技术人才。通过分析现代学徒制电子商务职业培训体系中存在的问题,提出了在现代学徒制下开展电子商务实践教学的培养措施。

The modern apprenticeship system is to put the traditional apprenticeship into a kind of vocational education.The establishment of modern apprenticeship system is that vocational education actively serves the requirements of current economic and social development and promotes the interactive development of vocational education system and labor and employment system.We should open up and broaden the channels for the training and growth of technical talents and promote the construction of modern vocational education system.According to the professional needs and requirements and learning situation,the ultimate training goal of teaching is to train technical talents who master e-commerce operation skills.Its training mode emphasizes knowledge integration and technology integration,and aims to cultivate“one specialty and multiple abilities”technical talents with innovative thinking.By analyzing the problems existing in the modern apprenticeship e-commerce vocational training system,we put forward the training measures of developing e-commerce practical teaching under the modern apprenticeship system.
