摘要
预应力混凝土空心桥板上部结构大变形构件中的企口缝混凝土和桥面铺装混凝土容易出现早期损坏,导致承载能力下降,严重时造成单板受力,甚至出现安全事故,其根本原因是:预应力混凝土空心桥板具有抵抗较大变形而不损坏的性能,而非预应力的企口缝混凝土和桥面铺装混凝土不具备该性能,但仍需与前者协同工作而产生较大变形,因此发生早期损坏是必然结果。通过企口缝混凝土和桥面铺装混凝土预应力化,使预应力混凝土空心板桥上部结构大变形构件都采用预应力混凝土,都具备产生较大变形而不损坏的性能,能够保证桥梁的使用品质和使用寿命。
The tongue-and-groove concrete and bridge deck pavement concrete in the large deformation members of the prestressed concrete hollow bridge deck are prone to early damage,resulting in a decrease in bearing capacity,and in severe cases,the veneer is stressed,and even safety accidents occur.The reason is that the prestressed concrete hollow bridge deck has the performance of resisting large deformation without damage,while the tongue-and-groove concrete and bridge deck concrete are non-prestressed and do not have the performance of offsetting large deformation without damage,but they still need to work with the prestressed concrete hollow bridge plate to produce large deformation,so the occurrence of early damage is an inevitable result.Through the prestressing of the tongue-and-groove concrete and the bridge deck concrete,the large deformation components of the upper structure of the prestressed concrete hollow slab bridge become prestressed concrete,and they all have the performance of large deformation without damage,which can ensure the service quality and service life of the bridge.
