摘要
采用高通量表型测量系统Scanalyzer HTS,结合图像分析系统和植物颜色性状分析系统,选择水平距离、最远两点距离、垂直距离、表面积、周长、圆度这6个表型特征指标,分析了8个玉米品种不同成熟度种子的表型特征,以及种子内水分含量和占比情况。结果表明:6个表型特征值均随着种子成熟度的增加而增大,但甜质型和糯质型玉米品种在30~40 d时收获种子的各项表型特征值已达到最大;圆度与其他5个表型特征指标间的相关性不高;通过表型分析系统测定得出的表示相对水分含量高低的蓝、绿、红色均值均随着种子成熟度的增加而呈下降趋势,说明种子的相对含水量总体在不断下降;甜质型品种在50~60 d收获时,表示水分含量最低的红色均值高于蓝色和绿色均值,这与实际情况相符。
In this study,Scanalyzer HTS,a high-throughput phenotypic measurement system,combined with image analysis system and plant color trait analysis system,was used to integrate the phenotypic characteristics of different varieties of maize seeds.We selected horizontal distance,farthest two-point distance,vertical distance,surface area,perimeter and roundness as phenotypic characteristic index.The six phenotypic characteristics,water distribution and proportion in seeds were analyzed.The results showed that the six phenotypic characteristics selected in the study increased with the increase of maturity,but sweet and waxy maize were different,and each value reached the maximum on 30~40 days.Roundness is not highly correlated with other phenotypic features.After the blue,green and red mean values were measured by the phenotypic analysis system,it was found that the maturity increases and the three values show a downward trend.For sweet maize varieties,when entering 50~60 days,the red mean value with the lowest water content was higher than the blue and green mean value,which was consistent with the actual condition.
