内生金黄短杆菌CT-A16的生物学特性及其生防机制研究

摘要 研究了金黄短杆菌CT-A16的生物学特性及其对疣孢病菌、蛛网病菌、油疤病菌这3种食用菌病原菌的生防机制,结果表明:菌落颜色为白色,菌落边缘光滑平整,菌体呈短杆状,革兰氏阳性,无芽孢,有荚膜;金黄短杆菌CT-A16最适培养温度为30℃,最佳生长pH值为6.0。不同浓度金黄短杆菌CT-A16过滤液和灭菌液对病原菌菌丝生长均具有显著的抑制效果,其中浓度为20%的金黄短杆菌CT-A16过滤液对病原菌的抑制效果最好,对疣孢病菌的抑制率达到66.53%,对油疤病菌的抑制率为62.73%,对蛛网病菌的抑制率为83.58%。浓度为40%的金黄短杆菌CT-A16的过滤液和灭菌液均对于3个病原菌孢子萌发的抑制效果明显;金黄短杆菌CT-A16的挥发性物质对病原菌菌丝生长也表现出一定的抑制作用。 The biological characteristics of endophytic Brevibacterium aureus CT-A16 and its biocontrol mechanism against three edible fungi pathogens(Mycogone perniciosa,Scytalidium lignicola and Cladobotryum semicircular)were studied.The results showed that the color of the CT-A16 colony was white,the edges of the colony were smooth and flat,and the bacteria were short rod-shaped,Gram-positive,without spores,and had capsules.The optimum culture temperature for CT-A16 was 30℃.The optimum growth pH was 6.0.Different concentrations of CT-A16 filtrate and sterile solution had significant inhibitory effects on the growth of pathogenic fungus hyphae.Among them,the 20%concentration of CT-A16 filtrate had the best inhibitory effect on pathogens.The inhibition rate of Mycogone perniciosa was 66.53%.The inhibition rate of Scytalidium lignicola was 62.73%,and the inhibition rate of Cladobotryum semicirculare was 83.58%.The concentration of 40%CT-A16 filtrate and sterile solution had obvious inhibitory effect on the three pathogens.The volatile substances of CT-A16 also showed a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of pathogenic fungi.
