金龟子绿僵菌与杀虫剂对黄曲条跳甲联合毒力测定和保护酶活性影响 被引量:3

Effects of Metarhizium anisopliae and Insecticides on Combined Toxicity Test and Protective Enzyme Activities of Phyllotreta striolata

摘要 用浓度为1.0×10^(8)个孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421分别与不同浓度阿维菌素、苏云金杆菌、鱼藤酮和印楝素混配处理黄曲条跳甲,室内进行了联合毒力测定和3种保护酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性的测定。结果显示,金龟子绿僵菌与低浓度阿维菌素、苏云金杆菌和鱼藤酮混合处理黄曲条跳甲都有增效作用,其中1.0×10^(8)个孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与浓度为1.92×10^(8) IU/L苏云金杆菌混配效果最好,协同毒力指数达165.0,其次为与浓度0.01 mg/L阿维菌素混配,协同毒力指数为96.0;保护酶活性测定结果显示,120 h内各处理酶活性均出现一定规律变化,1.0×10^(8)个孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与1.92×10^(8) IU/L苏云金杆菌混配处理后3种酶活性最大值均高于其他所有混合处理中最大值,SOD、POD和CAT活性分别在混配后24、120和24 h达到高峰,且显著高于对照,即SOD活性值为190.270 U/g鲜重、POD活性值为1573.333 U/g鲜重、CAT活性值为396.237 nmol/min/g鲜重。结果表明,金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与苏云金杆菌混合对黄曲条跳甲具有很好的协同增效作用,这与联合毒力测定结果相一致。 The combined toxicity and the activities of three protective enzymes including POD,SOD and CAT of P.striolata were measured by applying compositions of 1.0×10^(8) conidia/mL Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 mixed with different concentrations of avermectin,Bacillus thuringiensis,rotenone and azadirachtin.The results indicated that the mixture of Metarhizium anisopliae and low concentrations of avermectin,Bacillus thuringiensis and rotenone had synergistic effect on P.striolata,the mixture of 1.0×10^(8) conidia/mL Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 and 1.92×10^(8) IU/L Bacillus thuringiensis had the best effect.The virulence of synergy index was 165,and the virulence of synergy index of the mixture of Metarhizium anisopliae and 0.01 mg/L avermectin was 96.The results of protective enzyme activity showed that the relative activities of SOD,POD and CAT appeared some regular changes within 120 h.The maximum activities of three protective enzymes were higher than all other treatments after the mixture of 1.0×10^(8) conidia/mL Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 and 1.92×10^(8) IU/L Bacillus thuringiensis.The highest activities of SOD,POD and CAT were observed at 24 h,120 h and 24 h after inoculation,respectively,which were significantly higher than the control.The enzyme activity of SOD was 190.270 U/g fresh weight.The enzyme activity of POD was 1573.333 U/g fresh weight,and the enzyme activity of CAT was 396.237 nmol/min/g fresh weight.Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 combined with Bacillus thuringiensis could get a very good synergism against P.striolata,which was in accord with the results of combined toxicity determination.
