摘要 针对目前我国中小规模大蒜种植户比例较大,适用小型大蒜联合收获机较少等问题,设计了一款单行大蒜联合收获机。该机主要由行走装置、传动装置、扶禾分禾装置、振动挖掘装置、柔性夹持装置、切割装置、收集装置等组成,可以一次性完成单行大蒜振动挖掘、夹持输送、切秧切根、收集蒜头等工作。该机具备体积小巧、操作方便、维修成本低等特点,大田试验表明,该机型作业性能良好,作业效率达到0.036 m^(2)/h;未成功切头率为1.81%,损失率为1.37%,漏收率为1.72%。 In view of the large proportion of small-scale and medium-scale garlic growers and fewer small-scale garlic combine harvesters in China,a single-row garlic combine harvester was designed.The machine is mainly composed of a walking device,a transmission device,a straw splitting device,a vibrating excavating device,a flexible clamping device,a cutting device and a collecting device,etc.It can complete a single row of garlic vibration excavation,clamping and conveying,cutting seedlings and roots and collecting garlic at one time.The machine has the characteristics of small size,convenient operation and low maintenance cost.Field tests have shown that the machine has good operating performance,and the operating efficiency reaches 0.036 m^(2)/h.The unsuccessful cutting rate is 1.81%.The loss rate is 1.37%,and the leakage of the yield was 1.72%.
