摘要
相对渗透率曲线是聚合物驱油数值模拟中描述油水渗流特征的重要基础。为综合表征聚合物驱油过程中聚合物特性如黏弹性、吸附性等对油水两相流动规律的影响,提出了一种基于归一化聚合物浓度的相渗曲线插值方法,并建立了相应的聚合物驱数学模型,编制了聚合物驱数值模拟软件。数值模拟结果表明,采用本文提出的动态相渗曲线插值方法,聚驱的波及面积和驱油效率都有所增加。海上Z油田矿场实际应用表明,在聚合物驱过程中考虑了动态相渗曲线后,整体聚合物驱阶段含水率以及日产油拟合精度比ECLIPSE更高,说明了本文方法具有较好的适用性。本文研究成果可为聚合物驱数值模拟历史拟合及开发方案编制提供指导。
The relative permeability curve is an important basis for defining the oil/water seepage characteristics in the numerical simulation of polymer flooding.In order to comprehensively characterize the influence of polymer properties,such as viscoelasticity and adsorption,on the oil/water two-phase flowing laws during polymer flooding,a relative permeability curve interpolation method based on normalized polymer concentration is proposed,and the polymer flooding mathematical model is developed accordingly,thus compiling the polymer flooding numerical simulation software.The numerical simulation results show that both the swept area and oil displacement efficiency of polymer flooding are increased by applying the proposed dynamic relative permeability curve interpolation method.The field applications in the offshore Z oilfield suggest that,after considering the dynamic relative permeability curve in the polymer flooding process,the fitting accuracy of water cut and daily oil rate throughout the polymer flooding stage is higher than that of ECLIPSE,indicating the applicability of this method.The research results in this paper can provide guidance for the numerical simulation/history matching of polymer flooding and the preparation of development schemes.
