摘要
明确智慧厨房的适老化设计现状,探析其适老化设计方法。通过对智慧厨房的系统构成与老年人生理特征、心理特征、行为特征、用户需求分析,指出了厨房中尺度设计、操作设计、交互设计的适老化问题。提出了智慧厨房系统的适老化设计策略即:人机设计适老化;交互设计适老化;功能设计适老化。该方法可为智慧厨房的适老化设计提供参考。
Clarifying the current status of aging-adaptive design of smart kitchen,and analysing the aging-adaptive design methods. Analysing the system composition of the smart kitchen and the physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics,behavior characteristics and users’ needs of the elderly,this article points out the aging problem of kitchen size design,operation design,and interactive design.The aging methods of the smart kitchen system are proposed,namely:ergonomics design for the old;interactive design for the old;functional design for the old. This method can provide reference for the application and reconstruction of smart kitchen for aging.
