摘要 创新街区研究与实践近年来已成为学界、业界的关注热点。文章在简要梳理归纳既有理论的基础上,聚焦创新街区的新型空间模式探索,提出适用于中、微观尺度的“溶解”模式及其“等价并置、异质混合”的构造机理;通过价值结构、操作策略、基础设施、景观基质和空间机制五个方面,深入阐释其设计要点与应用,旨在营造开放自由的交流场域和创新环境,扩展社会创新的可能性。同时结合西安昆明池片区起步区城市设计的在地实践,进一步阐释“溶解”模式的操作逻辑,以期拓展建筑学及城市设计学科的认知视野和知识体系,为同类研究与实践提供经验借鉴。 The research and practice of innovative blocks has become a hot topic in the academic field in recent years.On the basis of summarizing the existing theories,this paper focuses on the exploration of the new space model of innovative blocks,which is the dissolution model for medium and micro scales and its design method of“equivalent parallelism and heterogeneous mixing”.Through the five aspects of value structure,operation strategy,infrastructure,landscape matrix and spatial mechanism,the author provides an intensive explanation of its structure mechanism and application to create an open and free exchange field and innovation environment,which could create the possibility of innovation in depth.At last,combined with the case of urban design in Xi’an Kunming Pool area,this paper further points out the operating logic of the dissolution model in order to expand the cognitive vision and knowledge system of architecture and urban design disciplines,and then provides experiences for similar studies and practices.
