新加坡装配式建筑发展路径研究

The Development Process of Prefabricated Building in Singapore

与发达国家相比,我国装配式建筑发展起步较晚。同属亚洲的新加坡从20世纪80年代开始发展装配式建筑,迄今已经取得良好效果,成为国际上装配式建筑领域技术领先的国家。文章梳理了新加坡装配式建筑的发展历程,分析了该国装配式建筑发展策略,介绍了易建设计评估系统,并总结了新加坡装配式建筑的技术特点和发展趋势。这些经验对我国装配式建筑的发展具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。

Prefabricated building in China started later than developed countries.Compared with the world-renowned garden city Singapore,which is also an Asian country,its prefabricated building has got considerable achievements since its inception in the 1980s,and became a leading technological country in the field of prefabricated building internationally.This paper sorts out the development process of assembly buildings in Singapore,analyzes the development strategy of assembly buildings,introduces the buildable design appraisal system,and summarizes the technical characteristics and development trend of prefabricated building in Singapore.These experiences have certain reference value and significance for the development of prefabricated building in China.
