摘要 为研究某款批量使用的水冷散热器热阻及流阻特性,利用ANSYS软件对其进行热流耦合仿真分析,搭建试验平台对仿真分析结果进行试验验证,仿真分析结果和试验结果误差小于6%,具有较高的一致性。为优化水冷散热器热阻及流阻特性,提出了热阻、流阻最小化的设计目标,结合相关性分析、采用Kriging方法构建响应面模型,利用AMGA优化算法对水冷散热器内部流道结构进行多目标优化设计,通过仿真分析计算得出了最佳的优化方案,与优化前方案相比,优化后的散热器热阻减小7.64%,流阻减小27.72%,实现了散热器最优化设计目标。 In order to research the thermal resistance and flow resistance characteristics of a water-cooled heatsink which is widely used,a heat flow coupling simulation was carried out by ANSYS software,and an experimental platform was built up to verify the simulation results.The deviation between the simulation data and experimental data was less than 6%,which has a high consistency.In order to optimize the thermal resistance and flow resistance characteristics of the water-cooled heatsink,a design objective for minimizing thermal resistance and flow resistance was proposed.Based on the correlation analysis and Kriging method,the response surface model was constructed.Based on the AMGA optimization algorithm,the multi-objective optimization of the internal channel structure of the water-cooled heatsink was carried out.The optimum scheme was obtained by simulation calculation.Compared with the original scheme,the thermal resistance of the optimized scheme was reduced by 7.64%and the flow resistance reduced by 27.72%,and the optimum design objective was achieved.
