摘要
在严格的环保排放标准要求下,燃煤电厂SCR脱硝系统长周期安全稳定运行的关键因素之一是控制合理的喷氨量。从目前国内某600MW燃煤机组喷氨控制现状入手,通过流场优化调整、喷氨总量优化及热态调平试验等改造工作,有效减少了喷氨量,降低氨逃逸,延缓空预器差压上升趋势。
To control the reasonable ammonia injection amount is one of the key factors for the long-term safe and stable operation of SCR denitration system in coal-fired power plant under the strict requirements of environmental protection emission standards.Starting from the current situation of ammonia injection control of a 600MW coal-fired unit in China,the ammonia injection amount is effectively reduced through the transformation of flow field optimization and adjustment,total ammonia injection optimization and thermal leveling test in this paper.Reduce ammonia escape and delay the rising trend of differential pressure of air preheater.
