一种风机主控的前置系统设计

摘要 风机主控系统是风力发电机组的核心控制系统,不仅承担着风机的核心控制、保护功能,还承担着对外数据提供、故障数据记录、运行数据录波、关键信息统计等辅助功能。为了降低PLC的CPU占用率、减少PLC的内存、存储的占用,提出一种风机主控的前置系统设计,将主控系统的辅助功能前置到工控机,让主控系统专注于机组的控制与保护,保障主控系统的稳定可靠和实时性。 The main control system of wind turbine is the core control system of wind turbine.It not only undertakes the core control and protection functions of wind turbine,but also undertakes the auxiliary functions such as external data provision,fault data recording,operation data recording,key information statistics and so on.In order to reduce the CPU occupation rate of PLC and the memory and storage occupation of PLC,this paper proposes a front-end system design of fan main control,which puts the auxiliary functions of the main control system in front of the industrial control computer,so that the main control system focuses on the control and protection of the unit,and ensures the stability,reliability and real-time performance of the main control system.
