摘要
为实现食盐碘含量的数字化检测和优化控制,设计了一套基于组态软件平台开发的食盐碘含量在线测控系统。运用组态王编制了数据采集与控制组态软件,基于三菱PLC进行数据采集和转换,并通过上位机的组态软件进行显示和控制。系统运行结果表明:整套模拟系统实现了数据实时监测和故障报警分析等模拟装置的运行控制。
In order to realize the digital detection and optimization control of the iodine content of table salt,a set of online measurement and control system for the iodine content of table salt based on the configuration software platform is designed in this paper.The system which is based on Mitsubishi PLC for data acquisition and conversion and displayed and controlled by the configuration software of the upper computer uses Kingview to compile data acquisition and control configuration software.The results of the system operation show that the whole simulation system realizes the operation control of simulation devices such as real-time data monitoring and fault alarm analysis.
