摘要 随着“1+X”证书政策的全面实施,基于“1+X”证书制度的工业机器人教学实训平台是实现“1+X”证书政策的重要环节,也是实现人才高质量发展的重要途径。在系统分析当前工业机器人专业人才培养现状,结合“1+X”证书制度,提出构建一种校企深度融合、紧密结合“1+X”证书制度的新型工业机器人教学实训平台,以满足新时代工业机器人技术高素质技能型人才培养的需求。 With the full implementation of the "1+X" certificate policy,the industrial robot teaching and training platform based on the "1+X" certificate system is not only an important link to realize the "1+X" certificate policy, but also an important way to realize the high-quality development of talents.After systematically analyzing the current situation of talent training of industrial robot specialty,combined with the "1 +X" certificate system,this paper proposes to build a new industrial robot teaching and training platform with deep integration between schools and enterprises and close combination with the "1+X" certificate system,so as to meet the needs of high-quality skilled talents training of industrial robot technology in the new era.
