生物科学专业师生互动现状调查与对策研究——以甘肃民族师范学院为例

摘要 对甘肃民族师范学院生物科学专业师生互动现状调查分析,并提出改进的对策建议.结果表明,生物科学专业师生互动总体表现较好,虽然学生年级、性别以及民族方面存在差异,但并不显著.师生互动中,学生与任课教师讨论学业与个人发展的频率均对学生教育收获和在校满意度具有显著正向影响作用,其中讨论学业的频率对教育收获的影响较大,讨论个人发展的频率对在校满意度的影响较大.基于此,合理提升学业任务的挑战度、充分发挥学生管理人员作用、给学生提供及时有效的反馈以及促进重点学生群体师生互动,是提升生物科学专业师生互动水平的可行途径. The student-faculty interaction of bioscience majors was investigated and analyzed,and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.The results show that the student-faculty interaction of bioscience majors is generally good,although there are differences in grade,gender and ethnicity,it is not significant.The frequency of discussing academic achievement and personal development between students and teachers has a significant positive effect on students’learning obtain and school satisfaction,in which the frequency of discussing academic achievement has a great influence on learning obtain,while the frequency of discussing personal development has a greater impact on school satisfaction.Based on this,reasonably improving the challenge of academic tasks,giving full play to the role of student managers,providing timely and effective feedback to students,and promoting the student-faculty interaction of key student groups are the feasible ways to improve the quality of bioscience education.
