摘要
通过对兰州远郊四区县农村教师的调查,分析了农村教师产生职业倦怠的原因,并从教师自身、学校和社会层面出发,对消除教师职业倦怠提出了对策和建议,力求在缓解农村教师职业倦怠的基础上推动农村教师专业技能的提升和专业素养的发展,进而推动农村地区教育的发展.
Through the investigation of rural teachers in four counties in the outer suburbs of Lanzhou City,this paper analyzes the causes of rural teachers’job burnout by using data,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to eliminate teachers’job burnout from the aspects of teachers themselves,schools and society,so as to promote the improvement of rural teachers’professional skills and the development of professional quality on the basis of alleviating rural teachers’job burnout,so as to promote the development of education in rural areas.
