摘要
建设高素质“双师型”教师队伍是加快推进职业教育现代化的基础性工作。“双师型”教师认定标准和资格准入,决定着“双师型”教师队伍的质量,也决定着职业院校的发展目标和方向。为此,围绕“双师型”教师的岗位核心能力,就“双师型”教师认定标准进行研究,旨在提出具备一定科学性和可操作性的“双师型”教师认定标准和管理办法,确保“双师型”教师队伍建设的质量和要求。
Building a team of high-quality"double-qualified"teachers is the basic work for accelerating the modernization of vocational education.The identification standards and qualifications of"double-qualified"teachers determine the quality of the"double-qualified"teacher team,and also determine the development goals and directions of vocational colleges.To this end,focusing on the post core competence of"double-qualified"teachers,this paper studies the identification standards of"double-qualified"teachers.The purpose is to put forward the identification standards and management measures for the identification of"double-qualified"teachers with certain scientific and operability,and to ensure the quality and requirements of the construction of the"double-qualified"teacher team.
