群众路线是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。网络群众路线是党的群众路线在实践中的继承和创新,是党要长期坚持的基本工作路线,是提升党的执政能力的必然要求,是中国式现代化新道路的重要内容。网络群众路线体现了中国共产党“坚持一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去”的逻辑内涵,其思想内核是“以人民为中心”的发展思想。新时代践行网络群众路线的基本路径包括:推进数字政府建设;强化政民互动;推动媒体融合发展。

The mass line is an important part of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The Internet mass line is an inheritance and innovation of the Party's mass line in practice,a basic working line that the Party has to adhere to for a long time,an inevitable requirement to enhance the Party's governing ability,and an important element of the new road to Chinese-style modernisation.The Internet mass line embodies the logical connotation of the Communist Party of China's"insistence on doing everything for the masses,relying on the masses,coming from the masses and going to the masses",and its ideological core is the development idea of"people-centred".The basic paths for practising the internet mass line in the new era include promoting the construction of digital government,strengthening the interaction between the government and the people,and promoting media integration and development.
