高职院校“双师”素质教师培养路径研究--以浙江为例 被引量:1

摘要 “双师”素质教师是职业教育师资队伍专业化的本质体现。在新时代下,提升高职院校教师“双师”素质既是推动优质高职院校建设的必由之路,也是实现高职院校内涵发展的必然要求。通过高等职业教育质量年度报告和人才培养状态数据库查询,随机遴选浙江省5所高职院校三年高等职业教育质量年度报告为基础数据,由点到面初步剖析高职院校“双师”素质培养的现状;通过“双师”素质培养案例进行对比分析,深入探析“双师”素质培养的关键因素和影响因素。在实证研究的基础上,从企业、学校、教师三个层面架构适合现阶段高职教育发展的“双师”素质教师培养路径。 Double-qualified teachers are the essence to professionalizing teachers in higer education in China.In the new era,the improvement of the double-teacher quality is not only the only way to promote the construction of high-quality vocational education,but also the inevitable requirement to realize the connotation development of higher vocational colleges.Based on the data of three years'professional assessment of double-qualified teachers in 5 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang,the present situation of double-qualified teachers'quality training in higher vocational colleges is analyzed from point to surface.Through the comparative analysis of the practical cases,the double teacher quality training and related influencing factors are analyzed.On the basis of the empirical research,this paper constructs the teacher training which is suitable for the current development of higher vocational education from three levels of enterprise,school and teachers.
