摘要
近几年,为了吸引毕业生,地方政府纷纷出台各式各样的人才政策,吸引高素质人才来当地发展。文章研究内容是在温州市职业教育与民营经济融合发展背景下,以X学院2020届毕业生为例,通过分析温州“510计划”招引政策、学校留温宣传、企业需求等,提出提升在温高职毕业生留温率有效策略,以建立“校政会企”联动引才的长效机制。这不但对在温高职院校的毕业生留温工作有一定的参考价值,也对温州市人才强市战略有一定的指导意义。
In recent years,in order to attract graduates,local governments have introduced various talent policies to attract college graduates to make contributions for local development.Based on the background of integration and development of Wenzhou vo-cational education and private economy,the research takes Grade 2020 graduates of X college as an example and puts forward an effective strategy to increase the rate of vocational graduates staying in Wenzhou and establish a long-term mechanism of“school-govern-mentassociation-enterprise”linkage to attract talentsthrough the analysis of Wenzhou's“510 Plan”recruitment policy,school staying in Wenzhou publicity,and business needs,etc.The conclusion of the article not only has a certain reference value for graduates from Wenzhou vocational colleges to stay in Wenzhou,but also has a certain guiding significance for the strategy of strengthening the city by talents inWenzhou.
