高尿酸血症与冠状动脉疾病及其严重程度的相关性分析及对预后治疗的指导意义探讨

摘要 目的:分析高尿酸血症与冠状动脉疾病及其严重程度的相关性,以及对预后治疗的指导意义。方法:随机抽取某院2019年3月-2020年11月期间收治的76例冠状动脉疾病患者进行讨论,各患者均接受动脉造影检查,根据造影结果将其分为轻度组20例、中度组24例、重度组32例,组间对比血尿酸指标,并计算中度组vs重度组、轻度组vs重度组、轻度组vs中度组的ROC曲线下面积,根据检查制定治疗方案。结果:血尿酸指标比较,轻度组、中度组低于重度组,中度组低于重度组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明血尿酸指标越高,CAD患者病情越严重。计算中度组vs重度组、轻度组vs重度组、轻度组vs中度组的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.74、0.93、0.81。结论:高尿酸血症与冠状动脉疾病程度有密切关系,血尿酸指标越高,其病情和动脉狭窄程度越严重,且临床可通过测定此指标指导疾病治疗状况。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between hyperuricemia and coronary artery disease and its severity,and its guiding significance for prognosis and treatment.Methods:76 patients with coronary artery disease treated in a hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were randomly selected for discussion.All patients underwent angiography,and they were divided into mild group(20 cases),moderate group(24 cases)and severe group(32 cases)according to the angiography results.The blood uric acid indexes among the groups were compared,the areas under ROC curve of moderate group vs severe group,mild group vs severe group,and mild group vs moderate group were calculated,and the treatment plan was formulated according to the examination.Results:Compared the blood uric acid indexes,the mild group and moderate group were lower than the severe group,and the moderate group was lower than the severe group.The data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the higher the blood uric acid index,the more serious the condition of CAD patients.The areas under the ROC curve of moderate group vs severe group,mild group vs severe group,mild group vs moderate group were 0.74,0.93 and 0.81,respectively.Conclusion:Hyperuricemia is closely related to the degree of coronary artery disease.The higher the blood uric acid index,the more serious the condition and arterial stenosis,and the clinical treatment can be guided by measuring the blood uric acid index.
