腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术对子宫肌瘤患者疗效及术后康复的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Myomectomy on the Efficacy and Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术对子宫肌瘤患者的临床疗效及术后康复效果。方法:从某院妇科2018年3月-2019年3月收治的子宫肌瘤患者中挑选92例作为观察样本,按照随机数表法,将所选患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组采取开腹手术治疗,研究组采取腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗,分别对比两组患者的血清性激素水平、临床相关指标,以及术后并发症的发生。结果:对比两组患者的各项血清性激素水平,具有明显的组间统计学数据差异(P<0.05);对比两组患者的各项临床相关指标,具有明显的组间统计学数据差异(P<0.05);对比两组患者的术后并发症发生情况,具有明显的组间统计学数据差异(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术的应用能够提高子宫肌瘤患者的临床疗效,改善血清性激素水平,降低术后并发症的发生风险,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and postoperative rehabilitation effect of laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:92 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to a hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as observation samples.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the research group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The serum sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Serum sex hormone levels,clinical related indicators,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was significant statistical difference in all serum sex hormone levels between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant statistical difference in all clinical related indicators between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant statistical difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic myomectomy can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with uterine fibroids,improve the level of serum sex hormone,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which is worthy of extensive promotion in clinic.
