电阻抗法不同稀释倍数对EDTA-PTCP患者血小板计数的矫正效果探究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究不同的稀释倍数电阻抗法对乙二胺四乙酸依赖性血小板假性减少症(EDTA-PTCP)患者血小板的矫正效果。方法:选取某站在2019年3月-2021年5月收集某地区的乙二胺四乙酸依赖性血小板假性减少症患者200例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为稀释10倍组和稀释4.5倍组各100例,分别制备10倍、4.5倍稀释样本,测量血小板计数、血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT)。结果:两组患者血小板计数5 min检查结果无明显差异(P>0.05),稀释10倍组随时间的延长,血小板计数明显高于稀释4.5倍组(P<0.05);两组患者MPV、PDW、PCT 5 min检查结果无明显差异(P>0.05),稀释10倍组15min、30min、50min、60min的MPV、PDW明显高于稀释4.5倍组(P<0.05),PCT低于稀释4.5倍组(P<0.05)。结论:应用电阻抗法4.5倍、10倍稀释均可用于EDTA-PTCP样本血小板数值矫正,以10倍稀释5~30min数据矫正参考价值最高,适合EDTA-PTCP样本的血小板复检纠正。 Objective:To explore the correction effect of different dilution times of electrical impedance method on platelets in patients with ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid dependent pseudothrombocytopenia(EDTA-PTCP).Methods:From March 2019 to May 2021,200 patients with EDTA dependent pseudothrombocytopenia in a station were selected.The patients were divided into 10 fold dilution group and 4.5 fold dilution group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The 10 fold and 4.5 fold dilution samples were prepared respectively,and the platelet count,platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),and plateletcrit(PCT)were measured.Results:There was no significant difference in platelet count at 5 min between the two groups(P>0.05).With the extension of time,the platelet count in the 10 fold dilution group was significantly higher than that in the 4.5 fold dilution group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the results of MPV,PDW and PCT at 5 min between the two groups(P>0.05).The MPV and PDW at 15 min,30 min,50 min and 60 min in the 10 fold dilution group were significantly higher than those in the 4.5 fold dilution group(P<0.05),and the PCT was lower than that in the 4.5 fold dilution group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both 4.5 fold and 10 fold dilution of electrical impedance method can be used for platelet count correction of EDTA-PTCP samples.The reference value of data correction with 10 fold dilution during 5~30 minutes is the highest,which is suitable for platelet re-examination and correction of EDTA-PTCP samples.
