外用臭氧联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of External Ozone Combined with Pregabalin in the Treatment of Post-herpetic Neuralgia

目的:研究外用臭氧联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将2019年1月-2021年1月期间某院收治的80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组在常规护理的基础上,口服普瑞巴林150mg/次,每日2次,研究组在对照组的基础上,在患处以臭氧水湿敷后,再用臭氧油外用,每日2次。随后比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化、睡眠质量以及生活质量。结果:与对照组疼痛评分相比,经过外用臭氧联合普瑞巴林治疗后,研究组各治疗时间段的VAS评分均出现降低(P<0.05);对照组和研究组的睡眠和生活质量较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组的改善效果更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外用臭氧联合普瑞巴林疗法能够有效缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疼痛程度,改善患者的睡眠质量和生活质量,是一种有效且安全的临床疗法。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of external ozone combined with pregabalin in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods:Eighty patients with post-herpetic neuralgia admitted to a hospital during January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group.On the basis of routine care,the control group received oral pregabalin 150mg/time,twice a day;On the basis of the control group,the study group received ozone oil for external application after moistening the affected area with ozone water,twice a day.Subsequently,the clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)changes,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the pain scores of the control group,after external ozone combined with pregabalin treatment,the VAS score of the study group was decreased in each treatment period(P<0.05).The sleep and quality of life of the control group and the study group after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External ozone combined with pregabalin therapy can effectively relieve the pain of patients with postherpetic neuralgia,and improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients,which is an effective and safe clinical therapy.
